A Muse user with more than 10 billion tokens reset the app and then could not sign back in, hitting a waitlist message instead. Tokens are tied to the account, not the install, so creating a fresh account in a panic only strands the balance — the recovery path is a support ticket that names the reset explicitly. It is the second reset-lockout case reported in a single day.
