A new Muse user watched the agent fail to set up an emulator environment, ask repeatedly to download files from other sites, then stop completely with no error and only a Connected status. The fix that works for this failure mode is asking the agent to state what step it is stuck on and what it needs, which forces the hidden blocker into the open instead of waiting on silence.
