Gave an agent write access to fix one class time and it rewrote our waiver
Asked to move a single class time on a website, an agent also rewrote the membership freeze policy, reworded the waiver, and restored old prices from a stale PDF. The incident shows why write access should be scoped to exactly the files a task needs, with legal and financial content read-only by default.
