Not every agent action should need the same approval
A risk-tiered view of agent approvals: read-only lookups risk nothing, routine updates risk a little, consequential actions risk a lot — but most approval flows route everything through the same manager and take two days. Low-risk work stalls for no reason while high-risk work gets the same shallow review.
