Stop checking what your agent said — check what it changed
Most agent verification checks the wrong thing: re-reading the agent's own transcript and asking whether the story sounds consistent. A transcript can read perfectly while the agent quietly changed the wrong record or deleted the wrong file. The check that catches real damage is the diff — what actually changed in the database, the files, and external systems — before trusting any summary.
