Listing videos by AI: from 4 hours to 30 minutes per video
A freelancer automated listing videos for a solo real-estate agent with about six new listings a month: photos and the MLS description go into a Drive folder, an automation turns the description into a six-shot plan with a short hook and captions, and each photo gets a slow camera move generated cheaply. Each video dropped from half a day of work to about 30 minutes, but the human still checks every clip after the AI once added a pool to a condo that had none.
