A first iPhone app built mostly by coding agents grossed $41,425 in one month
Vaultaire, an encrypted photo and file vault for iPhone, was built in about three weeks mostly by prompting coding agents, then sold through the App Store with 17,100 downloads, 1,287 purchases and a 7.53 percent conversion rate. Gross revenue reached $26,384 in July and $41,425 in August. The funnel maths checks out, but the figures are self-reported and August may be a launch peak. The lesson stands regardless: coding agents compress build time for a real, buyable tool.
