Muse can't send Marketplace messages
Muse sends normal Messenger chats fine, including encrypted ones, but Marketplace message sends fail with a 403 on both new and self-started threads — despite the account being in good standing. Six parallel attempts, spaced retries, and settings changes all failed identically. The undocumented error suggests a platform-side block on Marketplace sends.
