Banks and retailers start blocking AI shopping agents, including Muse
JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab are blocking external agents (including Muse) from moving customer money, Amazon has locked Muse out of its store, Delta bans third-party agents from booking, and Yelp only admits licensed-data agents. Meanwhile Meta has official partnerships with Walmart, Best Buy and Shopify opening agent networks. The web is splitting into approved integrations versus independent agents.
