Cloudbeds plugs hotels into Muse for direct bookings
Hotel software provider Cloudbeds will connect its properties to Muse so guests search live rates and book through the hotel's own booking engine — no Expedia or Agoda in the middle. US rollout starts Q1 2027. A direct shot at OTAs: Expedia's own Muse integration keeps the agency as middleman; Cloudbeds routes the booking to the hotelier.
