Cloudbeds integrates with Muse: hotels bookable directly through the AI agent
Hotels using Cloudbeds will now appear inside Muse with live pricing and availability, and bookings flow through each hotel's own Cloudbeds booking engine — direct bookings, not OTAs. The US rollout is planned for Q1 2027. Cloudbeds CEO Adam Harris framed it as the booking landing "where it belongs: in the hotelier's own system." Another data point for the thesis that Muse monetizes through commerce, not just subscriptions.
