RBC blocks AI agents like Metas Muse from online banking
RBC, Canadas largest bank, is blocking third-party AI agents such as Metas Muse from online banking over unacceptable risk, joining TD, BMO, JPMorgan and Schwab. Meta points to Muses dedicated cloud computer and its Sentinel agent, which must approve anything sent to the internet, as the model for permissioned access banks could accept.
