Gave my agent its own email inbox — lessons learned
A practitioner shares what they'd do differently after giving their AI agent a dedicated email inbox: one address per agent instead of shared inboxes, digest rules so the agent only forwards what needs a human, and strict separation from personal mail with its own permissions.
