Hermes subagents on cheap lanes: stop paying top-model prices for typo fixes
By default every Hermes subagent runs on the top model, so a typo fix costs the same as a race-condition hunt. The official Advanced Delegation plugin from Nous adds lanes — fast, deep, local — with one line each on when to use them, and Hermes picks a lane per subagent. The rule of thumb: the cheap lane gets anything with a clear right answer, the top model only gets work where judgement matters.
