Meta acquires Conductor, the app for running coding agents side by side
Meta has acquired Conductor, a Mac app that runs several coding agents in parallel, each in its own workspace, and lets developers review and merge their changes from one view. The ten-person team joins Meta Superintelligence Labs to build a new interface promised for early 2027, while Conductor Cloud goes read-only on November 13 and shuts down on November 20, 2026.
