Luxury resale site The RealReal updated its bot defenses so AI agents can no longer loop its 20-minute cart holds, after a test showed Muse keeping items out of other shoppers' reach for hours. It is the other side of agent verification: sites are learning to tell real agents from harmful agent behavior.
